Payment Policy(Required)

The Book Information Form must be submitted first, then we will send a PayPal invoice that includes the delivery date. The invoice must be paid in full within 24 hours of the invoice being sent or the order will be cancelled.

Title & Author Information

Please include only the main title here. Subtitles and other title information should be entered in the Subtitle field below. (If a colon precedes the second part of the title, it is a subtitle.)

All other title information goes here — subtitle(s), the main title translated into another language, explanatory info, etc., as long as this info appears on the title page. Series info does NOT belong in this field. We’ll ask for that data later on.
