Refund Policy

We regret if you’re not fully satisfied with your order and we hope to remedy the situation, but bear in mind we provide cataloging services, rather than a physical product. Our policy reflects this.

All payments are nonrefundable, with the following specific exceptions:

  1. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within two business days of submitting your payment.
  2. If your order is not completed on your guaranteed delivery date, you may choose to either receive a 20% discount on your next order OR receive a 20% refund on the order in question. If you fail to receive your order due to email delivery issues or problems accessing Dropbox, your order will not qualify for refund or discount.

Please remember that cataloging is more art than science, with many possible subject headings and call numbers available for any given book. Our choices are based on training, experience, and expertise in the field of library cataloging. We’re happy to discuss any questions you may have about the subject headings and call numbers we’ve chosen.
