How to Download Your PCIP Data
All PCIP files are uploaded to your folder in our secure Dropbox account. Dropbox is pretty easy to use, but we understand some people may find it a bit confusing at first. Here are step-by-step instructions for downloading the Word doc containing your PCIP block.
- Click the Dropbox link we provided in our email to you (or copy and paste the link).
- You will see a list of folders, one for each order you’ve placed. Click on the name of the book in question.
- Inside the folder, you’ll see the file labeled “PCIP Data for” followed by the book’s title. Click on the file named with the book’s title.
- The file will open for viewing.
- In the upper right corner of the page, click “Download.”
- Select “Direct download.”
- A box will pop up asking you to save the Word doc to your computer. Choose the location on your computer where you want to keep the file and click save.
- You may now open the file on your computer for copying and pasting into your book.
