1. Email Whitelisting

By filling out the form, you are affirming that it's your responsibility to make certain you can receive our emails. 2. Finding Your Delivery Date

You (the Client) understand and accept it's your responsibility to carefully read the PayPal invoice that's sent to you and make note of the delivery date provided in that invoice in the "Terms & Conditions" section of the invoice.

3. Accuracy of Information Policy

You (the Client) understand and accept it's your responsibility to provide complete, accurate information about the book in question, and you further understand and accept that you cannot make changes after submission.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are nonrefundable except in the case of accidental duplicate payments.

5. Cataloging Policy

Five Rainbows reserves the sole and exclusive right to decide how a book should be cataloged.

6. Payment Policy

The Book Information Form must be submitted first, then Five Rainbows will send a PayPal invoice that includes the delivery date. The invoice must be paid in full within 24 hours of the invoice being sent or the order will be cancelled.

7. Email Policy

It is your (the Client's) responsibility to ensure you can receive emails from Five Rainbows and from PayPal.
